- Materials: exterior walls made of prefabricated structural panels in the DornaEcoHouse factory on a modern production line.

Advanced technology:
- Hundegger CNC machine: floor and roof elements precisely processed according to the 3D design.
- Energy efficiency: heating system with heat pump and heated floors on both levels.
- Advanced ventilation: heat recovery ventilation for optimal indoor air quality.
Test BlowerDoor: the Cluj House has achieved the level of a passive house in the airtightness test, even if this was not the main initial objective.
